We handle small business’ needs. Some of our clients are just starting out and need guidance with the choice of entity and formalities of each and early-stage growing pains of partnering up, taking on investment, and establishing their distinct corporate identities. For those clients, we provide cost-effective advice and services that set them on the appropriate course for the trajectory that they are looking to follow. Other of our corporate clients are at the point where they are large enough to have a broad array of legal service needs, but too small to bring on in-house counsel or to take on the administrative task of managing an array of attorneys covering a variety of specialties.

For those clients, we act as “outside” general counsel and can usually help the client develop and pursue their roadmap by determining their needs, prioritizing them, finding the appropriate specialists in each field, and developing and managing those relationships in a manner which results in a high quality of work product and cost efficiencies that serve our clients very well.
